1. Service Description

Swap-Video provides AI-powered face swap services for video content. Users upload a photo and either provide their own video or select a template video; our AI technology creates a face-swapped video by applying the user's face to the target video.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Swap-Video for any of the following — all are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent account termination plus referral to law enforcement where applicable:

  • Non-consensual intimate or sexual content (NCII) in any form. This includes images or videos that are sexually explicit, suggestive, or nude. We use a 3-model NSFW ensemble at upload and on output frames; all attempts are logged. Reports under the U.S. Take It Down Act (effective May 2026) and equivalent legislation are forwarded to law enforcement.
  • Sexual content of any kind, with or without consent, real or simulated.
  • Any content depicting minors (under 18), in any context whatsoever.
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, or defamation of any identifiable person.
  • Political disinformation, manipulated speech of public officials, or election-related deception.
  • Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or any attempt to deceive viewers about the identity of the person depicted.
  • Using a photo of any person without their explicit, informed, prior consent. The required consent checkbox at upload is a contractual representation by you, not a substitute for actual consent.
  • Creating content intended to be passed off as authentic, unedited footage of real events.
  • Any content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

Swap-Video cooperates fully with law enforcement requests. We retain a SHA-256 hash of every uploaded image (but not the image itself) for a minimum of 12 months for abuse-investigation purposes, and a record of which IP addresses initiated each session.

3. Face Swap Specific Terms

By using our face swap service, you acknowledge that:

  • All output videos are AI-generated synthetic media and should be treated as such
  • You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute face-swapped videos
  • Face swap results may not be perfectly accurate and should not be relied upon for any critical purpose
  • You will clearly disclose that any shared face-swapped video is AI-generated when sharing publicly
  • You will not use face swap to create content that could be mistaken for authentic footage of real events

4. Photo and Video Consent

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use the uploaded photo
  • If the photo is of another person, you have their explicit consent for face swap processing
  • The photo does not depict a minor
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • If uploading a video, you have the right to use that video for face swap purposes
  • You will not upload copyrighted video content without appropriate rights

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All videos created by Swap-Video are AI-generated synthetic media. In compliance with the EU AI Act and applicable regulations, all output content is labeled as AI-generated through embedded metadata (C2PA content credentials).

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated NSFW detection and content moderation. We reserve the right to refuse service, delete content, or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Subscription and Billing

Swap-Video offers a free tier (2 swaps) and a Pro subscription ($9.99/month for 50 swaps).

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal (any major card via guest checkout) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, USDT, ETH, +300 more)
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Unused swaps do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of purchase
  • Free tier swaps include a watermark and are limited to 480p resolution

8. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and videos are processed and then deleted within 24 hours. Generated videos are available for download for 7 days, after which they are permanently deleted. We retain only audit logs (no actual images or videos) for legal compliance.

9. Liability

Swap-Video is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for misuse of generated content by users. Users are solely responsible for how they use and distribute generated face swap videos.
