1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions under the following conditions:
- You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Refunds apply to the first billing period only
- You must have used fewer than 5 face swaps in your subscription period
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
- Subscription renewals (monthly recurring charges after the first month)
- If you have used 5 or more face swaps in your subscription period
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Disputed chargebacks filed before contacting our support
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@swap-video.com
- Include your account email and the reason for the refund
- Include the transaction ID from your receipt
- We will respond within 2 business days
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period
- You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
6. Free Tier
The free tier (2 complimentary face swaps) is not refundable as no payment is made.
7. Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved through our support team. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
